In 2018, the entire sprinkler system of the building was replaced. There is a pier deck overlooking the channel behind the building. There are grills and picnic tables for use by the owners. You can sit by or swim in the pool or walk across the street to enjoy the beach and the ocean. This great unit is an easy drive to all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer.
