Each share will receive 4 weeks per year. The weeks are on rotation so each owner can visit the beach every 13 weeks. The weeks rotate forward each year. The units are cleaned each week and linens are provided. When departing you will be responsible for taking the trash out, removing all food. All kitchen items used, pots , pans, dishes, cups must be washed and returned to there proper place. All linens must be stripped from the beds along with towels and placed in the kitchen floor. The condo is close to great shopping and dinning areas. The purchase must be made in cash as no one can mortgage the condo. The closing is done by an attorney and you do get a recorded certificate of ownership which is recorded in our locate court house. All buyers are responsible for verification of the unit square footage. The exchange of weeks start on Saturday at 4PM and end the following Saturday at 10AM.
