This Partnership unit is located on the 9th floor of the Pinnacle in Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath unit. The Partnership has been doing improvements to the unit each year. Recent improvement were made to the master bedroom and other bedroom. The kitchen, living room and master bath all have had improvements made. This is a very nice unit. The view is great and from the balcony you can look left and right up and down the beach. The pool has a partial enclosure which is open in the summer and closed in the winter to allow year round use. There is a second row overflow parking lot. There are two elevators. The partnership share for sale has 4 weeks. The share owner will visit the Pinnacle every 13 weeks. The weeks rotate one week forward each year. The unit is cleaned after each use and housekeeping makes the beds. When you leave all you need to do is take your trash out, food out, wash and return all kitchen items to the proper place and strip the beds and leave linens in the kitchen area. You may arrive at 4PM on check in day (Saturday) and depart the next Saturday at 10AM. If the weeks that you are assigned don`t work for you your options would be to trade with another partner, let anyone that you wish use it as it is your time. What a great way to have your place at the beach with out all the responsibility. There is an owner meet once a year where the partner elect a board to adopt the budget and handle other business of the partnership.
